Pumps

Accurate component metering by high precision volumetric gear pump with Viton double rotary shaft seal. Maximum working pressure 15bar. Output adjusted by variable speed inverter monitoring and controlling the pump. Chemical component ratio variation 1:2 to 2:1 via inverter.

Operator interface panel

The operator interface panel comprises a 7″ color smart screen (HMI), manual air blast, emergency stop, and a programmable selector, allowing for step-by-step programming of independent outputs and the polyol-to-isocyanate ratio.

Tanks

Tanks with agitators that ensure homogeneous flow of the raw material. Added Safety mechanism , supported by automated level indicator.

Dynamic series - Dispensing head

A mix head of simple robust design provides the operator with a rapid switch from recycle to pour. The ability to adjust pressure directly at the mix head ensures quality mixing without surge.
